I don't have any links to share but just a reflection of my experience putting the frames game to use at work. I led a training today and decided to use the Envelopes activity from the frames book to find out what type of advice my employees are giving clients for common complaints and questions. I'm happy to say that it worked quite well. They easily caught on how it worked and everyone participated fully. It led to some interesting discussions as well. It was nice to be able to put what we've learned into practical use right away.
