I really wanted to read something that was on the Electric Library site. I found you can access Electric Library, and many more periodicals FOR FREE if you have a San Diego County Library Card. Go to the San Diego County Library, and click on the Online Databases tab, and you can have access to just about any periodical your heart desires.
