The World's Most Popular Board Game

Did you know that the Monopoly game in its original incarnation was designed, in part, to "teach the virtues of the Single-Tax Movement"? The company that now distributes the game (perhaps not surprisingly) rejected it in its original form. But the game did find a niche at economics departments at places such as Princeton University.
